Hi, I'm Nick. I started Spokane Senior Home Advisors because no family should have to find a safe place for their mom or dad by cold-calling homes one at a time. I keep a verified list of every licensed care home in the county, and I'll walk this with you personally — from the first call to move-in day.

Questions families ask
What does this cost my family?
Nothing. If your parent moves into a home we matched, that home pays us a placement fee. We disclose it in writing, and it's the same no matter which home you pick — so our advice never tilts.
What if my parent is on Medicaid?
By law, we never take a fee on a placement paid by public assistance. We'll still point you to the right free help and to homes that take Medicaid on arrival. No charge, no strings.
What exactly is an adult family home?
A licensed care home inside a real house — up to 6 residents, caregivers on site. Spokane County has 612 of them. Average cost in Spokane is about $3,700 a month.
How fast can this move?
You'll reach Nick directly, not a call center. He calls the homes that fit — who has a bed, the real price, the latest inspection — and walks the visits with you. If a bed is open and the fit is right, a move can come together quickly, but Nick works at your family's pace, never on a deadline.
